Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking info.

Shipping Time
Domestic shipping typically takes 7–15 business days after your order is shipped.
Note: Shipping times may vary depending on your location, weather, or carrier delays.

Shipping Carriers
We ship using trusted third-party carriers. Once your order is handed off, it's in the carrier’s control.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Delayed delivery

  • Packages marked “delivered” that are not received

  • Damage caused during transit

Please contact the shipping carrier directly for any delivery issues.

Shipping Address
Double-check your address before placing an order. We are not responsible for misdelivered packages due to incorrect info.

Tracking Your Order
You’ll get a tracking number by email once your order is shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to update.
