1. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No. All sales are final. Please double-check your order before checking out — we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment options at checkout.
3. When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking info.
4. How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 7–15 business days depending on your location and the carrier. We ship fast — but delays from the carrier are out of our control.
5. My package says “delivered” but I didn’t receive it. What now?
Once we ship your order, it’s in the hands of the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please reach out to the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
6. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We don’t make changes or cancellations once an order is placed. Make sure everything’s correct before you check out.
7. Do you offer international Shipping?
Yes, we ship internationally. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or additional fees imposed by their country.
